1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

We provide Steam competitor statistics and analytics tools via the Steam Web API. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. See Paddle Terms of Service.

3. Account and Security

Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person per account. No sharing, scraping, or reverse engineering.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate Steam's Terms of Service. You may not scrape, automate, or abuse our API beyond normal usage. You may not resell access or share login credentials. You may not upload malware or interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts violating these terms without refund.

5. Data and Accuracy

Steam data is sourced via the Steam Web API and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Some data displayed is estimated or derived from available sources, not official Steam figures. Historical data may be revised or removed. You use all insights and reports at your own risk.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee 24/7 availability. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. No compensation for outages unless required by consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your data. We retain rights to our platform, code, and aggregated analytics. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your data to operate, improve, and develop the service, create aggregated anonymized statistics, and train models and generate insights that are non-personally identifiable.

8. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans auto-renew via Paddle until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account settings or via Paddle. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. Downgrading to free tier means premium features are lost immediately.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for terms violations, extended inactivity on free tier, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For paid users, total liability is capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months. For free users, we accept no liability. We are not responsible for Steam API changes or data unavailability.

11. Marketing and Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails. We may send marketing emails with opt-out available. We may share your email with trusted marketing, advertising, and analytics partners such as Facebook and Google for campaign optimization.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We notify you of material changes via email or dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The last updated date is posted at the top of this document.
